Random Tasting

Artesa Chardonnay, Carneros California
Color: Light Golden Color
Aroma: Honeycomb, wax, green apple, melon, papaya, apricot, dried herbs (oregano), petrol,
Flavor: A tad bit sugary, rich, with a distinct minerality, fresh soft tropical and stone fruit flavors, but lacking a bit for structure.
Notes: A very enjoyable and suprising wine with a host of very unchardonnay like qualities.

$16

Tilia Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina
Color: Almost inky plum purple
Aroma: Boysenberry, blueberry, elderberry cinnamon, coffee caramel hard candy, a hint of tar
Flavor: Awkwardly tannic, dates, sour cherry, dried herbs, jammy dark fruit with a flabby midpalete and a magician's finish.
Notes: I bought this wine because it was highly recommended to me and I cannot express what a tragic disappointment it was, for your own sake, avoid this one.
